We had a lovely time enjoying the short stroll to St Mark's Square and the good views of the canals, which really enhanced our experience and made sightseeing super easy, especially with the helpful staff assisting us along the way.

Exceptional views of the sunrise and sunsets from our room from newly renovated and good sized rooms. Exceptionally comfortable bed, first-class service. Marvellous location for exploring Venice with a shuttle from airport. Really friendly and amiable staff during our stay.

A little cramped bathroom.

Absolute madness! The Junior Suite with a view of the lagoon was great! Breakfast great. Very centrally located.

It was just a suitable option for an overnight stop in Venice, good value considering price it charged. The view of the Lagoon from our room was amazing, making the stay more enjoyable. Make sure to check the mini bar pricing to avoid surprises.

The Junior Suite overlooking the lagoon is simply fantastic: recently renovated, very nice windows, a large spacious room and a modern bathroom, easily adjustable air conditioning. Quiet despite its central location!

The food was unfortunately not good for the price and the standard double room is not in the main building, but 2 minutes away and is very small and rather old-fashioned.

Savoia & Jolanda offered a charming Venetian decor with elegant furnishings. The accessible layout and attentive staff greatly enhanced my stay, providing ease in navigating the beautiful premises.

Faster Wi-Fi would enhance the experience for seniors.

Its location is superb and the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was adequate and clean.

Very expensive and the room was dark, with no view whatsoever.

We had a very nice, large room overlooking the lagoon-great view!!! The nightly turn-door service was a nice treat, and the cosmetics in the br very nice.

We had a lovely room on the 2nd floor, overlooking the lagoon. We had a small balcony with flower boxes, but no flowers; and your flags were'nt flying(like the hotel next door, which had both.) Spruce up a little!

The hotel offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and Venetian charm. My Comfort Double Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a view of the lagoon. The breakfast was really good, with freshly baked pastries and a variety of high-quality juices. The staff provided excellent assistance, especially in arranging transportation for my business meetings.

Wi-Fi could be improved.

The views of the Lagoon were delightful and the location was excellent.

The staff were pretty sullen most of the time and a little curt.

The situation in walkig distance to lots of places as well as to public transport.
